As the Chief Prosecutor in Lake County, Florida, Gregory Smith tried complex felony cases. He saw first hand the limitations of the criminal justice system in compensating victims.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law in 1987, Greg once worked at a prominent defense firm where he gained valuable insight into the handling of civil negligence cases by insurance companies. He is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, and the 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Greg's recent accomplishments in several significant cases include obtaining a substantial recovery for a delivery driver who became a victim of a violent crime.
